So do the people of Pakistan ... Disguising terrorism as Jehad is unacceptable ... For resumption of dialogue, Pakistan must create the appropriate climate for meaningful talks, put an end to cross-border terrorism, honour bilateral agreements like the Shimla Agreement and the Lahore Declaration, and maintain the sanctity of the Line of Control.
