The struggle for recognition as OBCs should not be waged in a manner that creates disunity in the Millat and gives an opportunity to the communal forces to create schism in the Muslim ranks. These communal forces do not wreck havoc on the Muslims after identifying them as baradaris or as sects. There have been innumerable police firings on Muslims. But has the Police ever fire its bullets after identifying the Muslims as Shia or Sunni or as Deobandi or as Barelvi or as Qureshi or Ansari? Has anyone ever been ill-treated because politically he is with Congress or with Janata Dal or with SP or with BSP? The target of the communalisits is the Millat and the community. Why should we then divide ourselves?
