When three Muslims belonging to the Al-Umma were challaned for violation of traffic rules, the Muslim rowdies stabbed a police constable on traffic duty and sliced his neck ... The local police rose to a man and struck work. The CRPF and the Army were called in to control the killings, arson and loot indulged in by the Muslim fundamentalists led by Al Umma.
