On Criminal Case against PAC Personnel

Q: Whether the Government of UP have filed a criminal case against the PAC personnel indicated in CID for massacre of Hashimpura youth in 1987.

Q: Whether the CID had indicated some other personnel who are not being prosecuted. If so, their names and rank and reason for their being let off?
