Constitution of India, Article 19(1)(a) Freedom of Speech - Right of criticising judgement of Court - Cannot be exercised with malice or by attempting to impair administration of justice - No one can be permitted to distort orders of Court and deliberately give a slant to its proceedings, which have the tendency to scandalise the Court or bring it to ridicule.
