The Prime Minister ... does not seem to be aware that government employees by joining the RSS anywhere in the country are bound to have divided loyalties. It will be a constant struggle between a secular India and a 'Hindu Rashtra'. In fact, such government employees can be held guilty of contempt towards the Constitution and the national flag. Their activities will also be a direct violation of the Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act 1971 ...

The government employees who are supposed to be committed to "the sovereign, socialist, secular, democratic republic" and the tricolour as the national flag would in reality be glorifying the cause of a 'Hindu Rashtra' and the saffron flag by participating in the activities of the RSS, thus insulting both the Constitution and the tricolor.
