Regarding education, I would like to draw your attention to the national norm of a primary school for 200- 300 population. I would request that in Muslim concentration areas, more primary schools be opened suo moto by the government and certainly on demand by the local community. I would also suggest that if any existing Maktab offers to convert itself into a primary school, this may be encouraged and such primary schools should be included in the list of government aided primary schools. In such primary schools to serve Urdu-speaking population, the medium of instruction should be Urdu
