I have taken note of your Statement that you extend a hand of friendship towards the Muslim community and that you want them to give you an opportunity to prove yourself.

I feel that instead of making an emotional approach, you should clearly state your stand on the VHP's project  of constructing the proposed Ram Mandir on the site of the Babari Masjid, law or no law, on reservation for Muslims in public services, development benefits and welfare outlays and on Muslim representation in the UP legislature, on provision in all government schools of primary instruction through Urdu and for teaching Urdu at the secondary level as a compulsory language to those students whose Mother Tongue is Urdu, without any numerical limits, apart from other current questions of legitimate concern to them. I would be grateful for your reply.
