We bring to your notice the threat issued by Pratap Chander Sarangi, convenor, State Bajrang Dal, Orissa, in which he has said, "If statements against the Bajrang Dal do not stop forthwith, the consequences will be dangerous and disastrous ... My organisation will not be responsible for these "consequences". This open criminal threat to democratic institutions and religious minorities violates the provisions of the law.
