Why is the BJP being so accommodating? Is there a change of heart on its part? On the contrary what the BJP is relying upon is, first and foremost, a division of labour. The BJP government once it comes into being will not come in the way of other members of the Sangh Parivar carrying out the RSS programme. It did not do so this time.

What is taking shape are two fronts. The secular democratic front with the Congress as its main force faces the communal-fascist front dominated by the BJP.
