In a barbaric incident, two women were beaten to death by their husbands and in-laws on the suspicion that they were practising sorcery on other family members (in Hyderabad on 20 June, 1999).

The deceased, Shameem Begum (19) and Zubeda Begum (24) were done to death with sticks and belts by their husbands. Mohammed and Mashroo and their father Mohammed Sadiq Ali Qureshi ...
