This Meet appeals ... to the Muslims in India to realise their role as Khair-e-Ummah (the best community), mould their life in accordance with Islamic teachings, and present before the citizens of the country the True Path which is the only Way to Salvation, which alone can eradicate evil and promote virtue and by adopting which they can bring to a naught their backwardness - religious, educational, social, economic and others.

The Jamaat Members Meet ... reminds the media, institutions and persons of their responsibility ... not to be discriminatory, one-sided and biased while presenting news and commentaries.

The Meet appeals to all citizens as well as political and social organisations to pay serious attention to eradicate the evils of discrimination, hatred and enmity among the various communities, and to strive together for social equality and ... equal opportunities for all sections of the country.

This Meet appeals particularly to the Muslims ... to fulfil consciously the requirements of the unity of God and mankind ... so that an environment of real human brotherhood, social equality and economic justice may be created ..

The Meet is of the opinion that it is open for women to seek jobs in education and women's studies, if circumstances so require but they should not opt for any profession which tends to deprive them of, and make (them) indifferent toward, their special duties viz. child rearing and education and other household duties which is their natural course of activity.
