... It is the time to start an unconditional dialogue with the leaders of the state and ponder on all the suggestions that may be put up by these leaders. When any kind of agreement is arrived at, then the leaders of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir should be invited for a round  table conference to give the solution a final shape, thus ushering in an era of peace, stability, tranquillity and prosperity in the whole state. This would help people in reaping the benefits of long denied freedom in thought and the deed. This fact should always been kept in mind that Kashmir problem is directly and exclusively the problem of the people of the state ... And thus only that solution will be lasting which will be acceptable to all the regions of J&K state ...
