... The Congress has decided to launch a no-holds- barred assault on what it evidently considers its main adversary. A foretaste of the line of attack was also available from Mrs. Sonia Gandhi's speech on the previous day when she ascribed Mahatma Gandhi's assassination to the atmosphere of communal hatred which, according to her, is once again endangering the countrty’s integrity.
