Constitution of India, Article 226 - Directions to Government - Haj pilgrims - One Khadim-ul-Hujjaj to accompany every 750 pilgrims or part thereof as per Government guidelines - Appointment of Khadim-ul- Hujjaj - Direction given that only Government servants or those persons employed in such institutions which are subject to Government control should alone be appointed - Being a Government servant he will himself conduct in a proper manner - He will always be under impression that he is subject to disciplinary control of Government.
