Constitution of India, Article 30(1) – Minority institution - Admission to courses conducted by it - Minority College making admission to all seats, claiming right to do so in view of Article 30(1) - University by its circular, denying right of college to make admissions to seats exceeding 50% of seats in view of decision of a full bench of Supreme Court - Correctness of said Supreme Court decision doubted by another Supreme Court decision rendered by equal number of judges and matter referred to larger bench - High Court approving admissions for year in question - Direction given that admissions for subsequent years be made in accordance with decision of larger bench of Supreme Court to which reference was made.
